CONTEST RULES
Click on the image above to see if your car was "spotted"! (License plates will not be shown on-line but will be used by City officials to confirm winners.)
The lucky winners will receive prizes from Crystal Lake businesses valued from $20 to $50. One winner will be selected each week throughout the months of October, November, December and January.
Photos of the winning "spotted cars will be listed on this page every Friday. So grab a cling, place it in your window and win free stuff!
Other contest rules:
- Owners of "Spotted" vehicles who see a photo of their vehicle on this website must first call (815) 356-3737 for initial verification by license plate number.
- Owners of "Spotted" vehicles will arrange a time to visit City Hall (located at 100 West Woodstock Street) and meet with a staff member for final vehicle verification.
- Winning vehicles are selected at random, based upon a location-based survey of vehicles in specific areas of the City.
- Vehicle owners can win more than one time for the duration of the contest.
- I Shop Crystal Lake window clings must be present on the window of the vehicle in the location it was spotted, in order to be eligible.
Owners of "spotted vehicles" who fail to collect their prizes within 3 weeks of the date which the photo of their vehicle was posted on this webpage, will forfeit their prize. Forfeited prizes will be made available for new winners.
